Our ambulatory practice team is available every day to examine your horse at your home. Appropriate treatment can be initiated and carried out regularly at home. Due to our close cooperation with the clinic, the clinical examination can be quickly expanded with additional examinations, such as blood and faeces tests, as well as mobile ultrasound and X-rays. If the diagnosis and treatment at home are not sufficient, the vet will contact a team that will then be ready at the clinic for the horses arrival.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Within our practice area (+\/- 30 minutes travel time from the clinic), our field service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to drive out for emergencies. Worm infestation is still a risk for horses. In the Netherlands, it mainly concerns infections with cyathostominae (bloodworms) and Parascaris (roundworms), the latter of which mainly occurs in young horses.
In connection with the development of resistance to wormers, it is important to carry out regular fecal samples, so that more targeted deworming can take place. The importance of good pasture management should also not be underestimated in combating worms.<\/p>

An important part of the horse’s well-being is its nutrition. Good quality roughage forms the basis of the diet, but there is also an unlimited number of options in terms of concentrates and additional supplements. Er word goed naar je uitleg geluisterd, keelscopie en balspoeling op schijf thuisgestuurd gekregen. Uit de scopie op de dag zelf bleek al: pony retour met gierende banden! Aantal dagen later keurig gebeld met labuitslagen, hele goede uitleg van Berit + advies ab bacteriele infectie vd verkopende partij. Ik kocht een gekeurde pony, maar een kliniek is mi toch iets anders dan een DAP.\n(De goede DAP's niet te na gesproken) \ud83d\ude09.<\/p><\/div>\n

    Onze bejaarde pony Jacob is geholpen aan eorth. We zijn vooraf goed ge\u00efnformeerd over de behandeling en kansen op herstel, ook gewezen op de risico's van de ingreep. Onze pony is als een prins behandeld en uitstekend verzorgd. De dierenarts hield ons goed op de hoogte. Gelukkig verloopt het herstel van Jacob voorspoedig. Dikke prima voor deze kliniek<\/p><\/div>\n
